WE DID IT! @charmcityrun Sole of the City 10k was supposed to be this weekend. It got postponed to July but we ran it anyway to follow through on our goal! We didn’t stop once and stayed together because it was for fun not competition! So proud
Wrote this <30 min workout for D today. All you need is 1 kettlebell or dumbbell weight anywhere from 10-30lb.
